Before purchasing piston kits please CONFIRM with your machine shop that your block will "Cleanup" at +.020"! You should have the block "rough bored" first to determine the correct oversize pistons to be used.

Onan changed the piston design several times over the years. In most cases these piston kits need to be replaced in "PAIRS" to avoid an out of balance situation. If you only need to replace one piston and it looks EXACTLY like the one pictured and has casting # 112-0266 then no problem.

But if your piston looks different then you will have to replace them both with the new style. This is the ONLY style available from Onan, all previous styles are obsolete and no longer available from the factory.
