One ring set required per piston.Measure your old rings prior to placing an order.The compression rings here are the same
thickness as a NICKEL. If a nickel fits nice in the top two piston grooves
you most likely are on the right page.
If a PENNY is sloppy in those
top grooves you are most likely on the right page.
If a PENNY does FIT nicely in the TOP
grooves you are on the WRONG page.
This ring set is for the early style piston.
The rings measure:
Top: .078" 5/64 or 2.0 MM
Second: .078" 5/64 or 2.0 MM
Oil ring: .186" 3/16 or 4.75 MM
Three piece style oil rings. Fits the following Onan engines with a 3 1/4" bore and the early style piston with a casting number of 112-0163 or 112-0246. BGE specs E-H, BG, B43E, B43G, B43M, B48G, B48M & P or Performer series engines prior to spec D. P216G, P218G, P220G, P216V, P218V, P220V.
