Absolutely no returns, refunds, exchanges or adjustments
after 30 days from date of shipment.

No returns/exchanges on any special order items.
No Returns or Exchanges on Correctly or Incorrectly ordered parts.
No returns or exchanges if you change your mind.


Orders returned to us due to an invalid shipping address provided by you will be issued an in store credit or refund for the amount of the order less shipping & processing costs.
A credit will be provided as a "Coupon Code" to be entered in the shopping cart during checkout. The credit can be used towards any purchase.

 

SHIPPING

If you provided a VALID and CURRENT email address you will be notified when your order has shipped. This email will also have a tracking number in most cases.

We try to ship most items within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, but we may take up to 7 business days depending on volume of sales. If you need your parts ASAP please let us know when you submit your order and we'll do what we can to expedite it. 

We are not in the delivery business. Our preferred shipper, USPS is. They pick up your package. Delivery delays due to severe weather are a reality. Priority Mail has no promise of any specific delivery date. 2-3 business days is normal. 5-10 days are possible but not typical.

We make no guarantee on when your order will ship or when you will receive it.

Shipping outside of the United States does require special preparation with 2-6 weeks transit times common, and incurs extra costs due to customs related regulations and/or procedures. We do our best to keep these costs to a minimum. The shipping cost you pay for your order does NOT include any VAT "Value Added Tax" or Customs Duties the destination country may charge. Repair or replacement parts are warranted for ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

RETURNS

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ORDERS MADE IN ERROR (BY YOU)
 
A 15% Restocking Fee or Administrative Fee + any unrecoverable transaction fees, Paypal, Credit Card etc. will be deducted from any refund or refunds on incorrectly ordered parts or canceled orders that do not ship because we or you "caught" your error or you changed your mind. We offer no guarantee of "catching" any errors made by you when placing an order. We try our best but we can't get them all.

We apologize that we have been forced to take this stance. With so many variations in models and parts compatibilities and non-compatibilities it is important to be accurate.  

YOU MAY RETURN ANY PARTS WHICH WE SHIP IN ERROR.

Shipping costs are not refundable on any items returned to us due to any address error by you.

 

WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS AND WISH FOR YOU TO GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED.
