SHIPPING
We try to ship most items within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, but we may take up to 4-5 business days depending on volume of sales. If you need your parts ASAP please let us know when you submit your order and we'll do what we can to expedite it.
Your order will not ship instantly after you place it.
Example:
You place an order Saturday afternoon. We are closed and so is the Post office. Your order would not ship until the following Monday at the earliest and typically it would go out Tuesday if a large number of orders come in over the weekend.
Even if you paid for Next Day Air on a Monday and your order ships that same day you may not get it on Tuesday! Wednesday is more likely due to processing times by the shipper and the time of day they actually enter the package in their system.
Always add at least one day to any order to allow for the above situations.
Purchases made by check or money order will be held until they clear our bank, usually 7-10 days.
Shipping outside of the United States and Canada does require special preparation and incurs extra costs due to customs related regulations and/or procedures. We do our best to keep these costs to a minimum. The shipping cost you pay for your order does NOT include any VAT "Value Added Tax" or Customs Duties the destination country may charge. RETURNS
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund or refunds on incorrectly ordered parts or canceled orders that do not ship because we or you "caught" your error or you changed your mind. We offer no guarantee of "catching" any errors made by you when placing an order. We try our best but we can't get them all.
We apologize that we have been forced to take this stance. With so many variations in models and parts compatibilities and non-compatibilities it is important to be accurate.
YOU MAY RETURN ANY PARTS WHICH WE SHIP IN ERROR.
Shipping costs are not refundable on any items returned to us due to any address error by you.
