Oversize Intake Seat for "B" & "P" Series +100" 1 1/2

The only Oversize Intake Seat available from Onan is a + .010" Part Number 110-0197-10. That seat is pictured on the left and our +.100" Oversize seat on the right.

In most cases by the time you discover the intake seat has come loose a +.010" oversize seat will be useless because the seat bore in the block has become too sloppy from the original seat bouncing around.

We have Two oversize seats available to help fix this problem. A 1.500" or +.100" OD seat and a 1.562" or +.162" OD seat. In english that's 1 1/2" and 1 9/16".

The oem seat is .355 thick, our oversize seats are .404" thick. If the seat bore has not been hammered down too far then the block can be machined to fit one of these oversize seats. In some cases a shim can be used under our seats to avoid having the block welded.

If the seat bore is deep enough that even our seats sit too low with a shim, you need to have the block welded up and machined for a STD seat.

Note that the wall thickness is larger than stock, when the block is bored to fit one of our seats the ID should also be bored out to match the original ID.

Our seats are about the same hardness as the OEM seats and machinable with no special tools required.
